Mansour Mohammad Al-Roueili and Building Maintenance Est. is a private individual establishment, established on 1420H under the shade of the urban development in the Kingdom.

The activities of the establishment started by small works, but insistence for progress and success was the objective of every element of the establishment, as a matter of big fact, there were big constructional works accomplished which gave satisfaction and good impression of its owners, after the establishment succeeded in obtaining a number of these projects – it designed and executed them to the best form of quality and excellence by the certification of the proprietors.

By the elapse of time and gaining good reputation, the establishment started to submit its offers with full qualification to the Government and national bids, for the various areas and specially for architectural and steel constructions,  in addition the establishment entertains a wide Fame and a Goodwill in accomplishing the huge constructional works.

By the progress in the projects the establishment owned a complex of integral workshops with its developed equipment, skilled technicians in the field of steel, aluminum, and carpentry works, in addition we have the skilled manpower, numerous specialization broad expertise, in all the constructional and architectural fields which qualifies to undertake the most difficult functions, as we have elements of different nationalities, with regards to specialized engineers, skilled laborers, as each individual practiced his work under the shade of the establishment and learned and adapted to accomplish the difficult tasks, as a matter through the past years they gained vast experience that cannot be compared with others, due to this it became difficult to discharge any of them.
